Description : 1.The Barangay Government of Juan, Solsona,Ilocos Norte, through the 20% BDF CY 2019,2022,2023,2024 and 2025, intends to apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED EIGHTY FOUR THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED TWENTY PESOS (P284,620.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Purchase of materials and supplies for the Construction of Drainage System. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2.The Barangay Government of Juan, Solsona,Ilocos Norte, using a single-year for a duration of 2 years Framework Agreement, through the 20% BDF CY 2019,2022,2023,2024 and 2025, intends to apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED EIGHTY FOUR THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED TWENTY PESOS (P284,620.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for each it. Bids received in excess of the total cost per item shall be automatically rejected.
