Please quote us your lowest price inclusive of VAT, if applicable, on the items listed below, subject to the Terms & Conditions stated herein. Submit your quotation duly signed by your representative not later than 05:00 PM on November 11, 2025, in hardcopy form or via e-mail at dbm_ro10@dbm.gov.ph. Submission beyond the indicated date shall no longer be accepted.
TERMS and CONDITIONS:
1. All entries shall be legibly written.
2. Delivery period shall be within of 1 year (Jan. 2-Dec. 31, 2026), upon receipt of the approved Purchase Order (P.O.) Administrative penalties pursuant to Sec. 69 of the Revised IRR-RA9184 shall be imposed for non-delivery of items without valid reason. 3. Product Warranty shall be for a minimum of ______ months for supplies & materials; ______months/year for equipment from date of acceptance by the end-user.
4. Price quoted shall be valid for a period of THIRTY (30) CALENDAR DAYS.
5. Bidder must comply within the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC).
