1.The City Government of Dumaguete, through Source of Fund: Responsibility Center: Trust Fund/ Account Code: 1-07-06-010 (20) intends to apply the sum of One Million Nine Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 1,900,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract Purchase of One (1) Lot 1 unit Brand New Utility Vehicle for Fire Safety Inspection and Fire Rescue. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2.The City Government of Dumaguete now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by the End-user within 30 working days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
