1. The City Government of Dumaguete of Negros Oriental, through Source of Fund: Responsibility Center: 8751-335-C(24)/ Account Code: 1-07-10-030 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Seventy Six Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Pesos (Php276,250.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Purchase of One (1) Lot 1 set Panel Board Assembly and other items for Rehabilitation/Improvement of Electrical System of Government Buildings and Other Facilities - (Upgrading of Electrical System of Finance Building). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The City Government of Dumaguete of Negros Oriental now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.
