INSTRUCTIONS/ NOTES TO BIDDERS:
1. 2. Bids/ quotations may be submitted thru fax, email, or directly to the BAC Secretariat Office on or before the deadline of submission of Bids.
3. Suppliers are required to submit the following prior to the notification by the BAC of the award: a) Valid and Current Mayor-s/ Business Permit (2025); b) Valid and Current PhilGEPS Registration Certificate/ Number; and c) *Omnibus Sworn Statement (*To be submitted after the Award).
4.) Bids should be valid for 45 days counted from the deadline of submission.
5.) Warranty shall be for a period of six (6) months for Supplies & Materials, one (1) year for Equipment
