1. The City Government of Dumaguete of Negros Oriental, through Source of Fund: Responsibility Center: 1999-336 (25) / Account Code: 1-07-05-140 intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Thirty Five Thousand Pesos (Php 335,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Purchase of One (1) Lot 1 set Electronic Digital Level For use in the Planning, Design, Programming and Survey Section of City Engineer-s Office Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The City Government of Dumaguete of Negros Oriental now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by the End-user within 15 Working Days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
