01. GENERAL INFORMATION: ONE (1) LOT…
• Supply of Technical Expertise for the provision of Detailed Work Plans;
• Supervision, Labor, Tools, Materials, and all other-related items for the:
Supply of technical expertise, supervision, labor, materials, and other necessary consumables for the installation of Cove Lights at the Reception, Data Lab, Meeting Room 1 & 2 and Office Room 1, Floor 2A.
• Cleaning, Clearing, Hauling and Turn-over to include all works but not limited to restoration of all affected facilities, areas, fixtures, etc. due to waterproofing works; and,
• Provision of Post-Installation Documents including Certificate of Warranty to DAP (End User) of at least one (1) year from the date of receipt of Certificate of completion and acceptance.
02. SCOPE-OF-WORK
02.1. Conduct site inspection for validation of measurement;
02.2. Final specifications to be submitted and approved by the DAP Engineering office before the Contractor begin the work.
