Description : PROJECT: SUPPLY OF SUPERVISION, LABOR, MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT FOR THE INSTALLATION, OF ADDITIONAL CCTV AND DOOR ACCESS INCLUDING ALL OTHER ACCESSORIES TO COMPLETE, TESTING AND COMMISSIONING OF THE ENTIRE CCTV AND DOOR ACCESS SYSTEM AT DAP BUILDING IN PASIG CITY.

01. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
General: One lot Supply of technical expertise, supervision, labor, tools, materials and commissioning for the:
01.1. Site inspection for validation of measurement and other works, fill-up site visit form provided by DAP Engineering Office;
01.2. Clean/clear haul of debris and turn-over including restoration of all affected areas;
01.3. Provide manpower list , work schedules and equipment list; and,
01.4. Submit duly prepared/ signed/ approved “records drawings or plans” complete with legend, technical specifications and measurement. All production plans shall be done in CAD on A3 size sheet with an e-file of said plans.
