01. GENERAL INFORMATION: ONE (1) LOT…
• Supply of Technical Expertise for the provision of Detailed Work Plans;
• Supervision, Labor, Tools, Materials, and all other-related items for the:
Installation of Installation of Baseboard and Cornice at Idea Generation Hub (IGH) Interiors 1 and 2, Floor 7A.
• Cleaning, Clearing, Hauling and Turn-over to include all works but not limited to restoration of all affected facilities, areas, fixtures, etc. due to installation works; and,
• Provision of Post-Installation Documents including Certificate of Warranty to DAP (End User) of at least one (1) year from the date of receipt of Certificate of completion and acceptance.
