01. GENERAL INFORMATION: ONE (1) LOT…
● Supervision, Labor, Tools, Materials and all other-related items for the:
✔ Supply of supervision, labor and materials for the replacement of One (1) unit 3-inch diameter Flange type Check Valve, Two (2) Units 3-inch diameter Gate Valve, at the basement pump room, with testing and commissioning;
● Testing, Cleaning, Clearing, Hauling, and Turn-over to include all works but not limited to restoration of all affected facilities, areas, fixtures, etc. due to replacement works; and,
● Provision of Post-Installation Documents including Certificate of Warranty to DAP (End User) of at least one (1) year from the date of receipt of Certificate of completion and final acceptance.
