Description : PROJECT: βONE (1) LOT SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, TESTING, AND COMMISSIONING OF 5 KVA UNINTERRUPTIBLE POWER SUPPLY (UPS) FOR THE INSTALLED NETWORK INFRASTRUCTURE AT PABX ROOMβ
01. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
A. Acquire all necessary permits/licenses that are required by law;
B. Conduct/Perform required works for the project:
ο βOne (1) lot of Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning of 5 KVA Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) for the installed Network Infrastructure at PABX Roomβ
C. Testing, Cleaning, Clearing, Hauling and Turn-over to include all works but not limited to restoration of all affected facilities, areas, fixtures, etc. due to installation works; and
D. Provision of Post-Installation Documents including Certificate of Warranty to DAP (End User) of at least three (3) years for the Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS), and two (2) years for the internal battery from the date of receipt of Certificate of completion and acceptance.
