01. SCOPE OF WORK AND TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
01.1. Site Survey and Preparation
01.1.1. Site Assessment: Verify the installation site for accessibility, ground stability, proximity to overhead obstructions, and compliance with visibility and regulatory standards.
01.1.2. Layout: Precisely mark the location of the flagpole.
01.2. Mobilize materials, manpower, tools, equipment, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and temporary facilities;
01.3. Provide appropriate signage and cordoned the working area for safety purposes. Prioritize the safety of personnel and the protection of the environment. Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations, including proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials;
