• Supervision, Labor, Tools, Materials and all other-related items for the:
 Repair, Restoration and Refurbishment of Board Room Conference Table at Floor 6A
• Hauling and Delivery and Turn-over of the Board Room Table at Floor 6A; and,
• Provision of Post-Installation Documents including Certificate of Warranty to DAP (End User) of at least one (1) year from the date of receipt of Certificate of completion and acceptance.
