1 Contract Rehabilitation of Perimeter Fence with Drainage
1. The Philippine Normal University Mindanao, Prosperidad, Agusan del Sur through the funding of the
Government of the Philippines (GOP) - Internally Generated Income intends to apply the sum
of One Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php 1,500,000.00) being the Approved
Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the 1 Contract Rehabilitation of
Perimeter Fence with Drainage (PNU-MIN CW 2025-11-017). Bids received in excess of the ABC
shall be automatically rejected at Bid Opening.
2. The Philippine Normal University Mindanao, Prosperidad, Agusan del Sur now invites Bids from
eligible Bidders for the 1 Contract Rehabilitation of Perimeter Fence with Drainage. Bidders
should have completed, within the last three (3) years, from the date of submission and receipt of
bids, a contract similar to this Project. The description of an eligible Bidder is contained in Section II
