Maintenance Service Coverage:
1. Quarterly cleaning of units
-cleaning of parts inside & outside the CPU Case
-cleaning of keyboard, mouse, monitor, avr/ups, network
hubs, network switch and network panel
2. Quarterly check-up of units
- Check-up, calibration and lubricating parts inside the units.
- Diagnostic, testing and checking of functional mechanism
to keep the machine in normal operating condtion.
- replacement of worn-out/defective parts.
3. Quarterly submission of Reports & Recommendations
4. Prompt Response upon request/calls incase the machine breakdown
