The National Home Mortgage Finance Corporation, through the Corporate Operating Budget for CY 2020 intends to apply the sum of Ten Million Seven Hundred Thirty Four Thousand Pesos (PHP 10,734,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Purchase of IT Equipment Project for CY 2020. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
