Description : The Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (PLM), through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to procure the "1 Lot Purchase of Grocery Items for the CUES Seminar on Circular Economy" through Section 53.9 (Negotiated Procurement - Small Value Procurement) of the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.

Please submit your proposal for the described item/s in accordance with the Terms and Conditions outlined in this Request for Quotation (RFQ). Submit your quotation duly signed by you or your duly authorized representative not later than November 10, 2025, 11:00 AM at the Procurement Office, Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila, Intramuros, Manila.
