1. Overview
1. This provides a Terms of Reference for the photo and video coverage with a same-day edit video service for the upcoming One DAP Graduation on 31 January 2025. The venue is at the Philippine International Convention Center Plenary Hall, from 08:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The coverage requires capturing of photos and videos of the whole event, especially the key activities; and providing a post-event highlight video, with a minimum of five minutes.
2. Scope of Work
1. Photo Coverage:
1. A minimum of four (4) photographers shall capture the event focusing on:
1. Arrival of participants;
2. Interaction and socialization;
3. Key stage activities (speeches, awarding, etc.);
4. Other graduation activities (inside and outside the graduation hall); and
