I. RATIONALE
1. The Hospital Operations and Patient Support Service (HOPSS) of the Philippine Orthopedic Center (POC) intends to conduct a GAD Mainstreaming and Teambuilding activity. To amplify the attainment of the objectives
II. SCOPE OF WORK and TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
The service provider for the venue shall be able to provide the conference/function room, accommodation, meals, and team building facilitators and grounds for the activities with the following specifications:
1. General Requirements
a. For two (2) days and one (1) night;
b. Date: June 7 - June 8, 2024 (Friday and Saturday);
c. Location: Batangas Area
d. Number of Participants: One hundred (100) pax
e. Designated parking spaces: 2 buses and 2 - 4 light vehicles; and
f. Complimentary welcome drinks and banner.
