Description : PROJECT: One (1) Lot Landscape Architectural Consultancy Services for the Bidding and Implementation of the Idea Generation Hub (IGH) Phase IV

A. SCHEDULE OF REQUIREMENTS
The Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP) intends to implement the Idea Generation Hub (IGH) Phase IV Landscape Development of Decks Level 7A and 7B at the DAP Building in Pasig City. The project will include assistance with the assessment of Detailed Engineering and Architectural Design (DAED) for Plumbing and Electrical and supervision during implementation until completion.
To ensure the quality, compliance with standards, and timely delivery of the project, the services of a qualified Landscape Architectural Consultant are required to assist the DAP from the implementation until the project completion.
1. OBJECTIVES: The objectives of engaging the Landscape Architect Consultant are:
