Description : Location: MCWD Main Lot, Gov. Gutierrez Ave., RH-7, Cotabato City

Terms and Conditions:
1.) Project must be done according to Approved Plans & Specifications.
2.) Contractor must seek Accomplished Inspection Checklist from MCWD Representatives before they can proceed to any works.
3.) Project must be completed within 60 Calendar Days. Work schedule must be from Monday to Saturday only, including Holidays.
4.) Terms of payment: Progress Billing 20%, 50%, 80% and 100% Actual Accomplishment. Contractor must submit billing application subject for verification of Internal Auditors. Payment; Seven (7) Working Days upon receipt of Billing Statement.
5.) Personal Protective Equipment like hard hat, vest, gloves, boots, etc. for the workers shall be provided by the Contractor.
6.) Any accident or mishap that may happen during project implementation shall be the responsibility of the contractor.
