“DEVELOPMENT, MIGRATION AND HOSTING OF TRAINING MANAGEMENT PORTAL AND LEARNER MOBILE APP PROJECT”
PTTC PR NO. 24-X-10

1. The PTTC-GMEA, through the GAA of 2024 intends to apply the sum of Four Million, five hundred thousand pesos (Php4,500,000.00) (Inclusive of tax) being the ABC to payments under the contract for “Development, Migration and Hosting of Training Management Portal and Learner Mobile App”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The PTTC-GMEA now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods and Services is required by 120 calendar days for the Development of Training Management Portal and 60 calendar days for the PTTC Learner App. Bidders should have completed, within 3 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
