1) The Cotabato Sanitarium and General Hospital, through the National Expenditure
Program intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Forty-Eight Million, Four Hundred
Forty-Two Thousand, Six Hundred Sixty Pesos and 00/100. (PhP148,442,660.00)
being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for
Procurement of Various Medical Equipment. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall
be automatically rejected at bid opening.
