*fabrication and installation of reactor-boiler assembly = 200,000
Specifications:
*Supplier must provide the manpower to fabricate the reactor-boiler assembly (reactor, boiler, control panel, power supply) frames;
*Material for the frames must withstand temperatures of up to 300C
*Supplier must provide the manpower to install and assemble the reactor-boiler assembly (reactor, boiler control panel, power supply);
*Supplier must provide flanged pipelines (pipe diameter of 3/4 inches) that matches the connections of the boiler and reactor inlet and outlet; pipes must withstand temperature of up to 300C and pressure of 3MPa *Each flange connections must have high pressure high temperature resistant gasket seal preferrably Garlock seals *Supplier must provide the necessary valves (globe and/or ball valves) attached to the pipelines; *Supplier must fabricate the frames necessary to stabilize the Reactor-Boiler assembly; *Supplier must provide the insulating material for the exterior insulation wall not bellow 80C of the reactor surface.
