“DEVELOPMENT AND DEPLOYMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT PLATFORM”
REFERENCE NO.: 24-X-11

1. The PTTC-GMEA, through the GAA of 2024 intends to apply the sum of Four Million, Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php4,200,000.00) inclusive of tax, being the ABC to payments under the contract for “Development and Deployment of Human Resource Management Platform”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The PTTC-GMEA now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods and Services is required by 180 calendar days for the Development and Deployment of Human Resource Management Platform. Bidders should have completed, within 3 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
