I. Scope of Engagement
A. Objective
To produce a compelling, high-quality AVP that effectively communicates the unique features, strategic value, and institutional relevance of the DAP Conference Center in Tagaytay City.
B. Output / Deliverables
The production partner shall be responsible for delivering the following components:
• Script Outline and Storyboard
A structured narrative and visual plan for the AVP, including key messages, scenes, and transitions.
• Video Shoot
On-site filming at the DAP Conference Center, including interviews with the clients, facility walkthroughs, and documentation of activities.
• Editing and Post Production
Professional editing of footage, including color grading, voiceover integration, music scoring, and audio mixing.
