Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR One Lot Construction of Donation and Heritage Marker with Shed, Phase 1 at CNU Main Campus and Central Cebu City Campus with Bid No. 25-02-054

1. The Cebu Normal University, through the Special Trust Fund (STF) 2025 intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Forty-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty-Nine Pesos and Forty Centavos (Php749,959.40) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for One Lot Construction of Donation and Heritage Marker with Shed, Phase 1 at CNU Main Campus and Central Cebu City Campus with Bid No. 25-02-054. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Cebu Normal University now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within Thirty (30) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
