1. The Barangay of Mabini, through the 20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Seventy-One Thousand Five Hundred Fifty Five Pesos and 79/100 (Php571,555.79) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Roads at Sitio Ibaba Mabini, Victoria, Oriental Mindoro. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Barangay of Mabini thru its Bids and Awards Committee now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required fifty two (52) calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed at least one contract that is similar to the Project to be bid and whose value must be at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC.
