Scope of Work:
A. General Check-up
-check system for leaks, check field wiring, electrical service line, expansion valve, thermostat control switch, check operating pressure
B. General Cleaning every Quarter (March, June, Sept, Dec 2025)
-cleaning of parts inside and outside of the ac unit
-Condenser and evaporator coil
-Air Handling Blowers and condensing unit, inner and outer enclosure
C. Assigned Technicians who shall response to the unit which are improperly functioning and give advice as for troubleshooting
D. Submit Regular Maintenance Report/ Recommendation in every completed job/service
