Description : 1.) The Davao Del Norte State College through the General Appropriation Act of 2025 intends to
apply the sum of Two Million Pesos Only (Php 2,000,000.00) to payments under the contract
for the Purchase of Laboratory Equipment (ITB-2025-31). This procurement consists of
four (4) distinct items, and bidding will be conducted on a per-item basis. The Approved
Budget for the Contract (ABC) for each item is detailed in the table below. Bids received in excess
of the ABC specified for each item shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
