CONSTRUCTION OF WATER SUPPLY SYSTEM AT BARANGAY LUCSUHIN, CALATAGAN, BATANGAS (ELEVATED WATER TANK)

1. The Provincial Government of Batangas, through the General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 3 of FY 2022 intends to apply the sum of One Million Eight Hundred Eighty-Five Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty-Eight Pesos and 69/100 (P1,885,758.69) being the ABC to payments under the contract for each lot. Bids received in the excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Batangas now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within Ninety (90) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instruction to Bidders).
