The City of Dumaguete thru its BIDS AND AWARDS COMMITTEE (BAC), invites all interested manufacturers, suppliers, dealers and/or distributors to apply for eligibility and to submit BIDS for the SUPPLY of:

1. 1,000 ltrs Engine Oil 15W- 40 (Diesel), p300,000.00
2. 10 pails Grease Oil, p60,000.00
3. 40 pails Hydraulic Oil (AW68), p140,000.00
4. 300 ltrs Gasoline Engine Oil (20W-50), p90,000.00

Purpose: Essential for the repair and maintenance of various city vehicle/equipment of LGU - Dumaguete

Note: Non-refundable fee for the Bidding Documents in the amount of Php600.00

APPROVED BUDGET FOR THE CONTRACT: Php590,000.00

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
