NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT DUE TO TWO (2)-FAILED BIDDINGS FOR PROCUREMENT OF ASSESSMENT TOOLS FOR INCLUSIVE LEARNING RESOURCE CENTERS

1. In view of two (2) consecutive failed competitive biddings, The Department of Education through its Bids and Awards Committee invited PhilGEPS registered, technically, legally and financially capable suppliers to participate in the Negotiated Procurement for the PROCUREMENT OF ASSESSMENT TOOLS FOR INCLUSIVE LEARNING RESOURCE CENTERS, in accordance with Section 53.1 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (RIRR) of the Republic Act No. 9184.

2. DepEd - Division of General Santos City, intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Eighty-Nine Thousand and 00/100 (P 289,000.00), inclusive of all taxes, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the Negotiated Procurement of Assessment Tools for Inclusive Learning Resource Centers.
