INVITATION TO BID

The Municipality of Magallanes through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites potential and interested bidders/suppliers to apply for eligibility and to bid for the Supply and Delivery of Various Medicines, Medical Supplies for RHU use. The Approve Budget Cost is Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Pesos (P999,990.00) only.

Bidders should have undertaken a similar requirement awarded and completed from 2012 to present amounting to at least 50% of the ABC. The eligibility check/screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids shall use non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria. Post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid shall be conducted.

All particulars relative to Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance, Pre-bidding Conference, Evaluation of Bids, Post Qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of Republic Act No. 9184 and its Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).
