Description : The TESDA VIII Regional Training Center - Tacloban, through its (BAC/Procurement Unit/FASSU), intends to procure 'Supply and delivery of tools and materials to be used for Institution-Based Training in RAC Servicing (DomRAC) NC II" which will be undertaken in accordance with Section 53.9 Small Value Procurement of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.
