The Local Government Unit of Claveria, Cagayan would like to apply the sum of Four Hundred Twenty-Seven Thousand Eight Hundred Eighty Pesos (P 427,880.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the Contract for the Supply and Delivery of Supplies & Materials for the Decoration for Fiesta, chargeable against General Fund.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Local Government Unit of Claveria, now invites bids for the Supply and Delivery of Supplies & Materials for the Decoration for Fiesta. Completion of the Works is required within Forty-Five (45) Calendar Days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II, Instructions to Bidders.
