Construction of Comfort Room at Talisay Beach
Barangay Taloto, Tagbilaran City
1. The Sangguniang Barangay of Taloto, intends to apply the amount of ONE MILLION PESOS (P1,000,000.00) being Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for ITB No. 2506-02 for the Construction of Comfort Room at Talisay Beach, Barangay Taloto, Tagbilaran City. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Sangguniang Barangay of Taloto now invites bids for the Construction of Comfort Room, Talisay Beach of Barangay Taloto, Tagbilaran City. Completion of the Works is required within 75 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instruction to Bidders).
