Description : The LGU Barangay Villahermosa thru-20% Barangay Development Fund intends to apply sum of One Hundred Thousand Pesos ( P 100,000.00) being the approved budget for the contract of "Multi-Purpose hall Comfort Room"
Prospective Bidders should have a experienced in undertaking similar projects with at least 5 years with an amount of at least 50% of the proposed project for bidding. Bidding Docs., (Technical and Financial Components) should in standard form number of copies and should be placed in standard of envelopes and properly labeled. The Eligibility check/screening as well as the preliminary examination of bids shall be using the non-discretionary pass / fall criteria. Post qualification of the lowest calculated bids shall be conducted.
The complete scheduled of the activities is listed below as follow:
1.Submission of letter of intent (LDI) and issuance of bid documents-May 13,2025, Time: 8:00am -5:00pm and before May 25,2025, Time: 2:00pm at Barangay Villahermosa Multi-Purpose Hall.
