REQUEST FOR QUOTATION
The Municipal Government of Antipas, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), hereby invites interested suppliers to submit price quotation for Fuel use for various road maintenance with the following items with ABC of P 199,715.00.

Request for Quotation form can be obtained from GSO, Municipal Hall, Antipas, Cotabato on June 11-16, 2025 and the deadline for submission of sealed quotation is on June 16, 2025 at 9:00 A.M.
Opening of sealed quotation is on June 16, 2025 A.M. at MPDO, Antipas, Cotabato.
Interested suppliers should submit their sealed quotations to the BAC Chairman, LGU-Antipas, Cotabato. Suppliers are required to submit the following:
